These apple cinnamon overnight oats are a cozy and nourishing breakfast that can be prepared in just a few minutes the night before. Sweet apple, warming cinnamon, and creamy oats come together for a simple meal that feels comforting while still being wholesome and energizing. Perfect for busy mornings when you want something healthy ready to go.

Ingredients (2 servings)

1 cup rolled oats
1 cup plant milk
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 apple
1 tbsp raisins (optional)
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp chopped walnuts or almonds


Instructions

1. In a bowl or jar, combine the oats, plant milk and maple syrup.
2. Grate half of the apple and stir it into the oats together with the cinnamon and raisins.
3. Cover and place in the fridge overnight (or at least 4 hours).
4. In the morning, slice the remaining half of the apple.
5. Top the oats with the apple slices, chopped nuts, and a drizzle of maple syrup if desired.

Tip
For extra flavor, you can lightly warm the apple slices in a small pan with a pinch of cinnamon before adding them on top.
