These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of this website, the purchase of digital products and online courses, and access to any course materials provided by Johanna Putz / Eat Healthy with Johanna.

By accessing this website, purchasing a product, or accessing a course or digital product, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or purchase any products.

2. Scope of These Terms

These Terms apply to:

• sales pages, checkout pages, and order forms connected to Eat Healthy with Johanna, including those hosted through ThriveCart;

• online courses, digital downloads, PDFs, videos, worksheets, templates, bonuses, and other digital materials;

• email communication related to purchases, access, or customer support.

Additional product-specific information, such as product content, access duration, price, and included bonuses, is provided on the respective sales page.

3. Products and Services

Eat Healthy with Johanna provides educational digital products and online courses in the area of nutrition and healthy eating.

Digital products may include, but are not limited to:

• bonus materials;

Unless explicitly stated otherwise on the sales page, all products are delivered digitally. No physical product will be shipped.

4. Contract Formation

By placing an order, you affirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
A binding contract is formed when you complete the checkout process, submit your order, and payment is successfully processed.

After purchase, you will receive confirmation by email and, where applicable, access information for the purchased digital product or course.

You are responsible for providing correct and complete contact and billing information during checkout.

5. Prices and Payment

All prices are displayed on the relevant sales page or checkout page.

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers such as Stripe, PayPal, or other providers made available at checkout. I do not store full credit card details.

Access to digital products is usually granted after successful payment.

6. Access to Digital Products

Access details are sent to the email address provided during checkout.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and may not share them with third parties.

The access duration is defined on the relevant sales page. If no specific access duration is stated, access is provided for as long as the product is reasonably available and supported.

I reserve the right to update, improve, replace, or remove individual product elements where necessary, provided this does not materially reduce the core value of the purchased product.

7. Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content

Consumers generally have a statutory right of withdrawal for distance contracts.

For digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium, this right of withdrawal expires once access to the digital content has been granted, provided that the consumer has expressly agreed to immediate access before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period and has acknowledged that this results in the loss of the statutory right of withdrawal.

By ticking the designated checkbox during checkout, you expressly agree that access to the digital content begins immediately before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period. You acknowledge that you lose your statutory right of withdrawal once access to the digital content has been granted.

This applies to all digital content provided as part of the purchase, including but not limited to online courses, videos, PDFs, downloads, templates, worksheets, guides, and bonus materials.

Any voluntary refund policy or money-back guarantee offered separately on the sales page remains unaffected.

8. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the products, refunds are not available once access to the digital content has been granted or materials have been downloaded, except as stated in this Refund Policy.

Refunds may be granted in the following cases:

• you purchased the same product twice by mistake;

• a technical issue prevents access to the purchased product and support is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable time.

If a refund is approved, it will be processed through the original payment provider where possible. Access to the product may be revoked after a refund has been issued.

9. User License and Copyright

All content, including course videos, PDFs, recipes, worksheets, texts, images, designs, and other materials, is protected by copyright.

When you purchase a product, you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, non-commercial license to access and use the materials for your own private purposes.

You may not:

• share your login details with others;

• copy, reproduce, sell, resell, sublicense, distribute, or upload the materials elsewhere;

• use the materials for your own commercial products, courses, coaching programs, or client work;

• claim the materials as your own;

• make the content publicly available.

Violation of these terms may result in termination of access without refund and may lead to legal action.

All content provided on this website, in online courses, digital products, e-books, videos, recipes, and related materials is for educational and informational purposes only.

I strive to provide reliable access, but I cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability of third-party platforms, internet connections, devices, browsers, or payment systems.

I am not liable for technical issues caused by third-party providers, customer devices, customer internet connections, or browser settings, unless caused by my own intentional or grossly negligent conduct.

12. Privacy

Your personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

By purchasing or accessing a digital product, you acknowledge that you have read the Privacy Policy.

Where required by law, separate consent will be requested for optional processing activities, such as marketing emails or the use of non-essential cookies and tracking technologies, including Meta Pixel and similar tools.
