This creamy banana drink is naturally sweet, nourishing, and incredibly simple to make. Blended with very ripe bananas, plant milk, and a surprising secret ingredient—white beans—it becomes extra creamy and nutrient-rich without changing the flavor.

It works perfectly as a quick banana milk, but it’s also great poured into small molds and frozen into homemade banana ice pops. My son loves both versions and never notices the hidden beans. He enjoys a delicious treat, and I’m happy knowing he’s getting some extra nutrients.

Ingredients

400 ml plant milk
2 very ripe bananas
80 g small white beans, well rinsed
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp maple syrup

Instructions

1. Add the plant milk, bananas, white beans, vanilla extract, and maple syrup to a blender.
2. Blend until completely smooth and creamy.

To serve:
Enjoy immediately as a creamy banana milk or pour the mixture into small popsicle molds and freeze until solid to make banana ice pops.
