After the introduction, continue with Module 2, where we begin exploring the connection between food and long-term health.

The lessons build on each other, so moving through the course step by step usually works best.

Start by downloading the breakfast guide. You can use it as inspiration for simple, healthy meals while going through the course.

2. Watch the introduction video
Next, watch the lesson “What you will learn in this course.” It gives you a short overview of what we explore inside the masterclass.

3. Continue with Module 2
After the introduction, move on to Module 2, where we begin looking at the connection between food and long-term health.

How to Get the Most from the Course

There is no need to rush through the course.

Many participants like to watch one or two lessons at a time and take a little space to reflect on the ideas before moving on to the next one.

A few suggestions that can make the experience even more helpful:

My goal with this course is to bring clarity back to the topic and show that nourishing your body can actually be much simpler than it often appears.
